The procedures for getting a visa to enter the UAE are relatively simple and hassle-free and if all documents are in order, then the visa is issued within 72 hours. In urgent cases, visas are also issued within a day. The Ministry of Interior's Dubai Naturalization and Residency Department (DNRD) is the sole administrative authority responsible for issuing visas to foreigners who wish to visit the country.  

We provide a range of Meet and Assist services in Dubai Airport for total assurance and comfort of our guests. A welcome package, which includes a Hotel Voucher, map of Dubai, Hotel visit schedule, different recreation and excursion packages to make the visit more interesting and entertaining, is provided to all our guests. We also provide special services including welcome bouquets, assistance for disabled passengers and lost luggage assistance.  

We provide luxury transportation on cars such as BMW, Mercedes Benz S-Class, Limousine and Rose Royce etc on request. In case only a transfer has been booked, the guest after having finished with Passport Control & Customs formalities should leave the Customs Zone, go outside the Terminal, and in the Arrival Area our airport representative will be waiting for him with a sign board with his name and the name of Mirage Tours.
